Although expecting to be seen by Dr. Groth, I was seen via Muhammad Mubashir, M.D. My experience with said doctor was satisfactory. My next appointment w/ Doctor Mubashir is 6/19/2023. During my first visit w/ Mubashir there were multiple medical problems/issues I failed to mention.The following is not an excuse but a reason: I had 32 cancer radiation treatments to my neck and head. Therefore, it should be understood why my weight went down from 143 lbs. to the current 96 lbs. Unfortunately, I failed to go into my medical problems. For that reason I apologize.My primary care physician Dr. Dimos Kanakoudas who for 11 years passed on Thanksgiving of 2022. He was not only my primary care physician, but a great friend. His cause of death; a heart attack.Not only did he pass away Thanksgiving Day,but did so in front of his two young children. George was 10 and his daughter was 8 years of age.For the 11years he kept me out of my moderate to severe pain via phone for the prior 1 1/2 years.
