had a telehealth appointment for friday. nobody answered the call. i kept calling till a live operator answered and they said theyre closed. Why did you even let me make an appointment?!?!

The doctor never contacted me for our appointment. I tried calling the office for our 12:30pm. 12/19/25 appointment however the answering service explained the office was closed and to call back during regular business hours.

He didn’t listen to my concerns, instead told me his assumptions even after I told him about another specialist’s diagnosis. He still didn’t accept it as a reason for my ailment.

My appointment was great, they staff members I met welcome me wholeheartedly just like a gust of honor. I was pleased with the doctor when I first met him because he spoke with me politely.

Absolutely terrible experience. He is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever experienced. I asked him multiple questions and was ignored. Then he told me he doesn’t want to be asked questions and told me he won’t work with me as a patient. He refused to do his job and my physical turned into a nightmare. He also told me he will charge my insurance even though he didn’t so any work. He was over an hour late to the appointment while sitting in the office and not seeing other patients. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. He wasted an hour and a half of my time. The most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever met.
