Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
OH
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing direct, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults through secure telehealth in Ohio. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout-related conditions. Many of the patients I work with are high-functioning but struggling with focus, overwhelm, chronic stress, or difficulty staying organized and emotionally regulated. My approach is structured, direct, and focused on practical outcomes. I take time to understand how symptoms affect your daily functioning—work performance, relationships, motivation, and overall quality of life—so we can build a treatment plan that is clear, realistic, and effective. I work best with individuals who are ready to actively engage in their care and want a focused, goal-oriented approach to psychiatric treatment. Appointments are conducted exclusively via telehealth for convenience and accessibility. Services are self-pay only, and insurance is not accepted.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide structured, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults via secure telehealth in Ohio. My approach is direct, collaborative, and focused on understanding how symptoms affect daily functioning. Visits include a thorough evaluation of symptoms, history, and current concerns, followed by clear treatment planning. When appropriate, care may include medication management, education about treatment options, and ongoing monitoring. I focus on practical, goal-oriented treatment aimed at improving attention, mood, stress, and overall functioning. I work best with patients who are engaged in their care and open to a structured, collaborative treatment process. Common concerns I treat include ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, insomnia, and emotional regulation difficulties. Care is provided exclusively via telehealth for accessibility and convenience. Services are self-pay only, and insurance is not accepted.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding your symptoms, history, and current concerns. We will discuss how symptoms are affecting your daily life, including work, relationships, mood, attention, and functioning. A diagnostic impression is developed based on clinical assessment and evidence-based criteria. Together, we will review treatment options, which may include medication management and psychoeducation. If medication is appropriate, we will discuss expected benefits, risks, and a step-by-step treatment plan. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and addressing any ongoing symptoms or side effects. Care is structured, goal-oriented, and focused on measurable improvement over time rather than open-ended talk therapy. I do not provide traditional psychotherapy; instead, sessions are centered on psychiatric evaluation and medication management support. All visits are conducted via telehealth for convenience and continuity of care.
