The doctor did not even listen to me at all. She came in and scolded me for having been to urgent care is too much. Apparently, she looked at my notes from the hospital and didn’t even know the reasoning for why I went in the hospital, but made it an issue. She told me I needed to get rid of my cats, which was weird because I never told her I had any cats or animals. That’s just flat out Creepy. She barely checked my throat. Didn’t even feel my lymph nodes in my throat. Look at my nose. Despite having flu symptoms, she did no flu test or Covid test. Basically asked me which antibiotic I wanted and then scolded me for the one that I picked. Worst provider I’ve ever had in my life.

The staff spent all of their time chatting about random things instead of focusing on patients. They were loud like they were at a sports bar. The person that took my blood did a horrible job. She tried to take blood from one of my veins that are huge (I’m very vascular) and she basically exploded the vein and it swelled up. She the tried the other arm and did the same thing.
They were not informed on what I was really there for even though the doctor put it in the system. I could see everything in the app but they kept asking me like they couldn’t see the information. I was there for labs and a shot but they were acting confused. This was probably because they were more concerned with their conversations.

This was my first experience with Zocdoc in Gilbert, AZ. It was easy to book a same-day appointment for a travel medication consultation. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I was extremely pleased with the PA, John Shipp who was prompt, professional, and accommodating to my reason for the visit. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate to book another visit.

I went in to get a second opinion on my medical concern.. I basically just talked out loud on what I thought i should medically do. I was given no advice, or suggestions.I left the appointment shaking my head, and confused. It was an odd experience. I will not be returning.
