Everything was perfect until he sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy even though he verbally verified the address of the pharmacy requested. Just a little hitch hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Didn’t even assess me, asked me one question and made a biased diagnosis, she didn’t even review my medical history. Could care less about anything I said. I think I know the difference between my sciatic nerve ( in the hip) and my lower back/ tailbone and my pain is not in my hip nor is there pain radiating through the side of my legs.

From the moment I walked through the front door the staff was welcoming friendly and very knowledgeable. I was ready to self pay and she said let me check your insurance and it was covered by my insurance so it only cost me a $20 copay. I was taken back almost immediately by the medical assistant who was amazing. And seeing by the nurse practitioner immediately. He was absolutely amazing, he was smart and knowledgeable spent time with me I wish he could be my PCP because I have never been treated so well. Healthcare is a place where you can be treated like crap and wait 3 months to see a PCP but not here they are absolutely amazing and yes I will be returning. Thank you to all of you you do an amazing job.

i am thankful to find a provider that made me feel heard and seen and did not dismiss my concerns, as 10 consecutive previous providers did. Dr Nkol listened, observed, and did hands-on examination. he gave needed prescriptions and made necessary and procrastinated referrals to get me caught up on where i should have been.
this visit was such a needed change as my faith in medical providers was gone, and i feel more hopeful now and look forward to meeting more providers in this practice for my referrals. Thank you Dr Nkol and My Dr Now.
