My dad is an 81 old man. The older he gets, the more he talks and talks and talks. Though the nurse and the doctor. Very patient and went along with him that made him happy and made me happy. They're very professional.

The only pleasant person there was the doctor. She was even sweet and funny. The receptionist had an attitude and no customer service. And medical assistant that took my vitals, had no bedside manner at all. The RBF was epic! She was rough with everything including drawing blood, she left me a big bruise. I understand they work long hours and have to deal with rude people. But not everyone is a jerk. So please be respectful and mindful to people, especially when you drawing blood.

At 56 I'm not and never have been fond of going to doctors but my experience at this office has changed my mind. I have never met a Doctor like Dr Mathena, she listens closely, doesnt rush to push you out the door, answers questions, offers options for care and is knowledgeable in many different things. I personally wouldn't want another doctor other than her. I'm not the most computer literate guy at my age and the office staff knows that when I walk in the door and they are always helpful in offering their help to make sure I'm able to get everthing filled out for my appointment. Being able to make an appointment and get in within a day or two and even same day is something you can not get with other primary care doctors, when I had tried in the past it's been at times a month or two and that is not resonable when you need medical help. I would highly recommend this facility and especially Doctor Mathena.

I brought my daughter in for an appointment because of having a hard time getting in to see our PCP. The office was bright and clean. The front desk staff was very nice. The NP, Crystal Alston was amazing! It was a great experience so I went ahead and scheduled my annual visit with them instead of waiting until October to see my PCP.
