“Hello
I've been suffering with lower back pain my entire life almost. The staff was tremendous and had a lot of compassion and understanding. They got me wheeled chaired in and comfortable, which is hard to do when suffering with back pain.
I was treated with no problems and listened too. Strong medicine was prescribed to accommodate my weight (big guy here) for my pain, which I really appreciate. The doctor knew exactly what I was going through and didn't hesitate to give me what was needed to treat my severe pain.
It's been about four days, I'm feeling a lot better, looking forward to my check up. I highly recommend. ”

NP didn’t identify himself as an NP & instead let me call him doctor the whole time which is unethical. And he told me there were no signs of infection in my urine sample & that he would send the culture out for additional review. Found out that it was not sent and I should have received antibiotics. My pain in my kidney increased & went up my back. In addition, the main focus was sending a lot of orders to Simon Medical which then blew up my phone all week while I was in pain from the infection-an unreasonable focus on that without addressing my immediate issue. Horrible!

Horrible Doctor Office and Experience. Booked specific appointment time and made me wait more than 2 hours to see the doctor. Upon seeing the doctor the PCP was not attentive, did not listen, did not care to help! Spent 2 hrs waiting for doctor to tell me in less than 5 minutes that they will not help me. A disgrace to medical profession.

It was a good experience overall but I feel I should have been possibly be prescribed some of the meds I've been on still since I left hospital.
