Easy way to find and visit a provider, especially as a person who recently lost insurance coverage and had to find a reliable telehealth option. The cost was reasonable I would say. I did have difficulty because they wanted me to pay in the check in process but was not able to complete my payment on the portal, but billing was able to correct that.

Needed a sports physical for child, was able to book online, and able to get in on short notice with an appointment that fit our after school schedule.
Staff and Dr. all very friendly and helpful, and really “went the extra mile”.
Dr. was thorough with exam to include our annual wellness exam and immunizations to avoid need for additional office visits.
Very much appreciated the attention to detail at this visit.

I did not have to wait past my appointment time. She listened to my concerns. She was personable. She asked whether I needed to schedule appointments for other regular healthcare such as colon screening, mammograms, etc.

Everyone was so friendly, the nurse who took my blood was so gentle and got my vein on the first try. Very welcoming and professional I had to drive out of my way 30 min for the appointment but it was so worth it and I would do it again because they are really great!

My ear was closed up and I did not want to wait until next week to see my usual doctor. This facility is open on Saturday. I went in to get my ears washed out. Not only was the experience positive but the PAC, John Shipp, gave me some advice to prevent wax build up in my ears in the future. This was a very positive experience and I recommend this practice.

Everyone at this location are fantastic! I missed my initial appointment today. I saw shortly after the office called before that appointment to confirm my insurance, as the app here was not able to send this to them successfully. I was able to provide my insurance and reschedule my appointment before the end of their day. I love that they have such flexible weekend hours, as I work Monday - Friday late. The staff were friendly, quick, I was in and out of there and all of my medications arrived at my pharmacy quickly and accurately. I’ll definitely be returning, thank you!
