I’m thankful that I found this establishment at the time that I did. The hours are perfect and the staff is great. Caroline was very knowledgeable and gentle with my procedure and Marisol greeted me as soon as I came in with an attitude. Efrain was great as well. He listened to me and noted everything that I said and didn’t shut down in the concern that I had going on. I found my new place thank you guys?

All the staff was so friendly and nice. It was the best doctors visit I’ve had. The MA doing vitals and drawing blood was the best.

It was a good virtual appointment. The PA seen was hesitant to prescribe paxlovid for COVID. She did provide a work note but was not able to find a cough syrup for me.

This place was horrible. I waited and waited to find out when I called that I didn’t “have an appointment” after giving the receptionist all my private information. Then they proceeded to tell me they don’t use zocdoc for any appointments at all but on their website any appointments set are through zocdoc. I waisted my time and I wasn’t even seen.

Never again, I had two video appts set last night and was never sent the link to join. Young lady I spoke with was very nice and didn’t know what happened. Ended up going to er as they had no more appointments.

This provider was rude after I waited almost an hour and told me, because my camera was off when they joined that they were close to terminating the call within 10 seconds of them joining the call. Their bedside manner was terrible. They were snippy with me and when I asked questions, they were quick with snide remarks like I should know what medications treat what. I’m hesitant to use this service again.
