I truly love MyDrNow. Every office that I've been to has been convenient, pleasant staff and very informative, and helpful. I would definitely refer family, friends, etc, anyone that has a hectic work schedule. They're thorough and listen to you.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a doctor's office. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff was nice, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Hannon took time, a significant amount of time, to get to know me and find out all of my concerns, and she listened!!! I am so impressed with this office and staff. Dr. Hannon is my official primary doctor and I can now take a sigh of relief, because now I can begin my journey to great health with people I trust.

Onboarding was frustrating, took a cpl extra hours time than it should've. Due to unclear instructions, I ended up missing first appt, waited on hold for 20+min, then call disconnected w/o speaking w/anyone. Both appointments were scheduled as video visits, but came thru on their end as in ofc appts. Luckily I was able to rec call back from staff that switched to video in time. System said payment wasn't going thru, but checked my bank, 3 charges were pending. The appt, the provider may have been too young to "get" me. I'm 48, guessing she was early-mid 30s. She was quick to assume what I was going to say, answered speaking over me, before I finished speaking. When asking questions, her responses left me feeling- Idk if "judged" is the correct term, but like I should just listen to her because she knows better than I do/cld. This could be true, however, when hoping to establish pcp, I feel it is important to appreciate the "team" effort in care, reciprocal respect included.
