I had a telehealth appointment. Doctor was 40 minutes late for the appointment. Once on the call, she stayed for 2 minutes!!! The entire time she spent with me was 2 minutes; from 10:20-10:22 a.m.?! They then charged me a significant amount when I do not even have a copay and they have my insurance card on file and are in network. I called my insurance to verify this and ask why I was charged only to be told I was correct and they now have to contact the doctor's office to dispute the charge.
Terrible experience and I would not recommend and will not be going back.

The staff was friendly and I felt like I was respected.
The bathroom was out of order but I was still able to give samples to be tested. Plus, Safeway is next door for the bathroom. So is Carl's Jr.

Everything was quick and easy and they took care of my needs. The downside of this was a dozen different texts and emails coming from ZocDoc confirming my appointment and asking if I had any questions over and over and over again. Quite unnecessary.

I had an appointment for the yellow fever vaccine, but they didn't have it, and yet they made me fill out a form, making me believe that they did have it. I only lost about an hour of my time.

Made an appointment and still waited 45 minutes to be seen. Asked to be prescribed an albuterol inhaler as well as albuterol inhalation solution. I received the inhaler but not the solution. Called My Dr Now twice waiting for the prescription. I still have not received.
The staff were very nice. No issues with the NP or office staff. Just the overall experience. Especially being sick.
