Even with an appointment we waited almost 1 hour to be seen. We were taken to a room after waiting 15 minutes in the waiting room. We didn't see anyone again until I peeked my head outside the room 30 minutes into our wait in the room. We thought we had been forgotten! 15 more minutes passed before our provider came into the room. If someone would have told us they were running behind, we wouldn't have been so frustrated.
When the provider came in, he was short and abrasive, probably because they were running 1 hour behind. Our overall experience yesterday was not good.

I have not seen this provider before and I will be scheduling with anyone but her. I felt like I was a joke, I felt like both the dr and MA did not take me seriously and I overheard them talking about how they didn’t believe me and I do not feel I was taken seriously. I will pay the ER copay before I see Belinda again.

I was very pleased with the staff and their bedside manner. Very friendly from the front desk to the provider. The only part that was inconvenient was i made an appointment for a IUD removal, and was told they do not provide that service there and it’s their cotton and Yuma location that provide that service. I wish I would have been told prior to the appointment instead so I could have made an appointment at the other location.

Highly recommend! Fast and attentive to my needs! Thorough triage and provider listened carefully to my symptoms. I felt as though my opinion mattered and I was a big part of my own care. Definitely going to be my go-to doctor office for acute care going forward.
