“I would describe my experience as positive professional and friendly. From the front office to the aid to the physician the experience was spot on. They did what they said they were going to do even though it was a difficult ear wax situation. They were as persistent as the ear wax was and the physician and aid won the draw!”

Felt I was fighting with the staff, not sure why you’d try being argumentative, as I’m trying to explain what is going on, in addition to you telling me that you can’t fix the hacking issues on my online chart, and I know this and wasn’t asking you to fix this, but it’s good patientship to let you know, and then have to deal with more negligence on my valid claims, as you smirk like you’re trying to anger me, unsuccessful(?), and then you proceed to ask me if I had any questions after you done tried to test my patience when your concern should be my reason for being there (Well, can you not come anywhere near me because if you, along with your staff, do, there will be charges pressed on you?), and all this after the nurse that assured to have her name badge, assured to erroneously take my blood, as it not only hurt and bled profusely, but she denied it and me being good was why it happened before! The another patient and crazy drugged up woman was eyeing me badly, while on my ride out!
