What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often describe me as warm, insightful, grounded, and deeply attentive. I value creating a space where you can feel emotionally safe while also being gently challenged toward growth and greater self-awareness. My style is collaborative and relational rather than one-size-fits-all. I pay attention not only to thoughts and behaviors, but also to emotions, body experience, patterns in relationships, culture, dreams, and the deeper meanings that may be shaping your life. Together we work at a pace that feels thoughtful and sustainable, with the goal of helping you develop greater clarity, resilience, connection, and authenticity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with an initial consultation where we explore what brings you to therapy, your history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process. From there, we collaboratively develop an approach tailored to your unique needs, goals, personality, and life context. In ongoing sessions, I integrate psychodynamic, relational, somatic, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented approaches depending on what emerges in the work. Therapy may involve exploring emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, nervous system responses, dreams, cultural experiences, and unconscious processes, while also building practical tools for emotional regulation, insight, and resilience. I view therapy as a collaborative and evolving process that supports both symptom relief and deeper transformation over time.
