The experience overall was great. However, I asked for an STI report and I was not aware I would have to ask for a Herpes test and they forgot to put in for an HIV test.

The visit with the doctor was great but the initial interaction with the front desk staff started rocky. They were young and were acting like it. After noticing I was not happy with the joking around and side conversations while I was asking questions about checking in they straighten up their act. I would recommend because they do stay open late which is perfect for working adults
