Hello! My name is Naiceli Almaguer, and I’m excited to embark on this speech journey with you and your child! I’ve always been passionate about working with children and connecting with them on a personal level. I love watching them grow and witnessing their “ah-ha” moment once they finally get that word, sound, or concept they’ve been learning. I believe the therapist, the child, and the parent are a team. Fostering strong relationships, building trust, and working together maximizes the likelihood of success. Also, therapy should be fun! Engaging children in exciting and meaningful ways motivates them to continue learning and builds their confidence. I earned my Master’s in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Florida International University. My experience includes working in clinical and private school settings with children who have speech and language delays, articulation disorders, Autism, Down Syndrome, social communication delays, and early intervention. When I’m not in SLP mode, you can find me spending time with my family, cuddling up with a good show, reading, or shopping!
