I began my career as a psychiatric-mental health registered nurse on a residential substance abuse unit, where I developed a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health conditions. My passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness led me to pursue advanced training as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am known for my patient-centered approach, emphasizing holistic care that includes not only medication management but also lifestyle modification and integrative health practices. I believe in empowering patients by providing education and support to help them make informed decisions about their mental health. My philosophy centers around the belief that mental health is an integral part of overall well-being. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and traveling. So far, my favorite destination is Costa Rica!
