Together, we collaboratively revise your expectations of self-both individually and socially-to build a healthier view of who you are. Whether we are navigating anxiety, depression, self-care, relational conflicts, or trauma, I provide an empathetic space with thoughtful guidance to help you become the best version of yourself. My approach is client-centered, prioritizing unique experiences, values, and goals throughout your therapeutic journey. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to assist you in reframing thoughts and managing the challenges that come with maintaining a happy lifestyle. Using an integrative approach of interventions, enables me the ability to tailor-fit a treatment plan with you in mind.
