Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Kinlaw serves as an Associate Professor and Degree Track Chair for the MSN and Post-MSN DNP Programs at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is also an active community health consultant, volunteer, and mentor, developing programs that strengthen leadership, faith, and wellness both locally and globally. Dr. Kinlaw believes in meeting patients where they are—listening deeply, educating with compassion, and partnering with them to achieve their best health outcomes.
