I had a wonderful experience during my recent health visit with Nurse Practitioner Nakeisha Pierce. From the moment the appointment began, NP Pierce made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for.
She took the time to listen thoroughly to all of my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. Her explanations were clear, compassionate, and easy to understand, and she made sure we put together a thoughtful, manageable plan for my health moving forward. It’s rare to find a provider who combines high-level medical knowledge with such a warm, attentive bedside manner.

This office Has great staff that has great communication skills. They have a way that I can text them but to also call .
I love that they take their time answering questions for me. Dr Pierce is amazing 100 percent recommend!

My experience during this visit was truly wonderful, from the warm welcome at the reception to meeting the compassionate provider. Dr. Hayes is incredibly personable and instantly puts you at ease. She takes her time to thoroughly explain everything, especially when you have questions. Her care is exceptional, and I believe she exemplifies the true spirit of a caring medical provider—something we seem to have lost over time. I am glad I came upon this medical office and I recommended 10 out of 10 to anyone who’s looking for an amazing provider and she is nothing short of that.
