What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner grew from caring for patients in a variety of healthcare settings as a former COVID ICU nurse, outpatient oncology nurse, and contract nurse on various Native American reservations. Through that work, I was able to directly observe how deeply mental health impacts overall well-being. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental approach to my work now, striving to help you feel comfortable, heard, and involved in your care.

I specialize in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, built on the belief that treatment should be individualized to each person. That means taking the time to listen, understand you as a whole person, and work together to find a plan that feels both comfortable and achievable. You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard and involved in your own care. My style is approachable, and I encourage open communication and shared decision-making, tailoring treatment to your unique needs, preferences, and goals so you can build practical strategies for improving your mental health and overall quality of life.
