Welcome! Here is a little about me and my treatment interests. I am a licensed psychologist; and have been trained in and work with adults; as well as children and adolescents. Besides more traditional talk therapy; I have spent significant time training in different meditation techniques. First; learning techniques for myself; then; how they work; how to teach others; as well as using meditation as a therapeutic tool. I am also certified in both Spiritual Direction and Clinical Hypnotherapy; and have extensive training in Energy Psychology/work.
