The clinic was recently renovated, very modern looking and clean. Front desk staffs are good mannered. I waited about 10 minutes until I saw Dr. Nancy Chen. Dr. Nancy was very approachable and professional. The information she provided eased my worries and she gave me the most appropriate treatment as I need.

I found Dr. Chen to be polite and professional. However, the general office and behavior at the front desk was inappropriate and unprofessional. I really had to consider whether or not the office could handle medical records and decided that for me I need a medical office that presents in a more mature manner. There were sucking sound flirtations going on at the front desk, jokes about the medication, silly laughing. All in all, unprofessional and far from confidence inspiring. I liked Dr. Chen but will not go back there. The office was more playground than medical facility. Could they be trusted with my medical health? Maybe yes, maybe no, but not worth the risk. If you don’t mind the immaturity of the office it’s not a problem. I minded and won’t go there again.

Dr. Chen is super patient and also empathetic! I was a bit nervous going to see a gastroenterologist for the first time but she made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns, and I appreciated her patience as I was a bit indecisive! Office was clean and I was seen in a timely manner.

I only had to wait about 10 minutes. Dr. Chen listened to everything I had to say, asked clarifying questions and then told me what she was thinking and suggested a number of follow up procedures. I actually felt like she listened and wanted to help make me better.
