Nancy Monyenye, PMHNP-BC, provides compassionate, collaborative psychiatric care for teens and adults. She specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, trauma-related concerns, medication management, and brief supportive therapy. New patients are welcome. Please choose the appointment type that best fits your needs. Nancy offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief supportive therapy for ages 13 and older. In-person appointments are available in Mesa, with telehealth available throughout Arizona. If you are seeking Spravato® treatment, please select the appropriate consultation option so we can determine eligibility.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where Nancy takes time to understand your symptoms, concerns, medical and psychiatric history, current medications, and treatment goals. Together, you’ll develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, lifestyle recommendations, and brief supportive therapy. Follow-up visits focus on treatment response, side effects, symptom progress, and any needed adjustments. If you are seeking Spravato® treatment, Nancy will review your history, prior medication trials, and eligibility, and the Mind Garden team will assist with insurance verification and prior authorization when needed.

I accept select commercial insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon. Insurance billing is processed through Headway.
