I scheduled an appointment which was then pushed up so I had to talk while driving. I paid out of pocket which was very expensive for a 20 min convo. Did not get a diagnosis. Was sent a questionnaire to fill out and sent it back the same day. No response to what the next action would be. No one reached out for anything and I’m not really sure why I wasted so much money for a 20 min convo that didn’t do anything or get me any answers I needed. Very unfortunate that no one followed up or reached out or actually got any answers or help. Super disappointed.
