I love working with Dr. Nancy, she’s the best! She’s very personable and I always have a good laugh with her, while also receiving a lot of professional and helpful medical advice and recommendations. You can tell she really cares about her patients’ wellbeing, and does her best to make sure that we feel heard, seen, and safe. I would highly suggest her to anyone that’s thinking about booking with her. You’ll be in amazing hands!! <3
Nancy Young is the pinnacle of what mental health services should be. I've had bad experiences before, so my expections were not so high. But I felt nothing but warmth and understanding from her. She answered all my questions and made me feel heard.
My visit was definitely a breakthrough for me. I had been dealing with a lot of internal traumas which started from my childhood(didn't know they had that much hold on me) and Dr. Young was able to use different techniques specifically for my needs to help me overcome those problems. I am super grateful for Dr. Young. I am now able to live a more purposeful, productive, happy life. The change is noticeable inside out. Thank you so much, Dr. Young!
I absolutely love Healing Mind and Body! Dr. Young is so professional, yet compassionate. I’ve been seeing her for a year now, and it’s the best decision I’ve made. She is not a “pill pusher,” but will softly recommend what medications she thinks would be helpful. She is truly a co captain who allows you to be captain. It’s so rare and comforting. Her office is beautiful and so inviting, and I love that she has a virtual option as well. I would 10/10 recommend Healing Mind and Body.
I had an appointment to evaluate my depression, and the provider was genuinely caring and empathetic towards my feelings. I felt completely unjudged, which made it easy for me to speak openly. She provided helpful insights into how the brain functions in relation to depression and mood disorders. A friend referred me, and I’m grateful that the provider was able to schedule me promptly. I’m continuing my therapy sessions and have been making progress.
I highly recommend my therapist to anyone seeking professional guidance. Their expertise, kindness, and dedication to their clients' well-being are truly exceptional.
I’ve been being seen by Nancy Young for over a year. From the very first session she has created a safe and support environment where I am comfortable opening up. She is compassionate, attentive, and truly listens without judgment or biased. I always feel seen, heard, and understood when I am expressing myself with her. She is equipped to handle any obstacles I throw her way. She has really helped me get through some of the most difficult times in my life and I cannot thank her enough. A true 10/10 therapy experience.
