It was easy to make an appointment and when I arrived, the receptionist was very professional and friendly. I waited about less than 1/2 hour. The Doctor was very professional and friendly and explained everything very well and made a recommendation. The only thing I wish this Urgent Care offered is X-rays and MRIs. I have go somewhere else to get an X-ray done.

The Nao Urgent Care was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was not happy with how long it took to be seen as I had a 8:35am appointment but was called in after 9:10am. The7 did not have any Rapid Covid test and they did not have any Flu tests so the doctor could only treat me as if I had the Flu without being definitively sure.

Had a good experience. Stephanie was very thorough and explained what was wrong and the medication I'd need to take. Asked me if I had any questions. And the young lady who took my vitals was nice as well

I was booked via Zocdoc for a 7:55pm appointment and when I entered the establishment I was informed the last appointment was at 7:15pm. I was informed that Zocdoc website does this all the time and that there was nothing that could be done for me at this time. I was turned away with no relief and no solution. I attempted to make an appointment for Saturday but I remembered when I walked up to the desk the receptionist was on a FaceTime call with someone who she never hung up with so I felt a little uncomfortable giving my information out , when I asked her to hang she told me she was on the phone with the Manager, I asked to speak with her and I got the same response, that there was not they could do. There was no mention of receptionist actions and the lack of securing my privacy. They never took accountability for their role, they only blamed Zocdoc. I don’t believe I would go back. Horrible experience ????????!

The first nurses to see me weren't all that great, but the PA, Stephanie Delille, was AWESOME. I told her this and am repeating it here: she's super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, explains everything clearly, and moved quickly when she knew that I understand what she was talking about. I scheduled a follow up ONLY because of her and specifically to meet with her. I wasn't impressed with anyone else, though a couple of the ladies at the front desk were nice enough.

They move very slow. No one was ahead of me and i still had to wait over 40 minutes to be called into the room. Slow in general with each visit. Front staff seem uninterested in their job. Not rude just checked out mentally.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by the secretary my information was taken I was seen by a doctor within 10 to 15 minutes of the initial intake. The doctor was very helpful and informative. I even had to call back with questions. I was call back within a half an hour. Excellent healthcare service

This was my first time visiting this clinic. It was better than I expected. The check-in was efficient; I saw the doctor right after. I waited a little longer because this was my first visit. The doctor was attentive and knowledgeable. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with my registration. The office was clean. I won't hesitate to go back if needed.

I've been going here for a while and it's a great urgent care clinic! They usually have very short waits. I wish that they wore masks since they are seeing sick people all day... Otherwise I'm happy with them and see them fairly often instead of my PCP.

ZocDoc and the office sign states the office opens at 8 am, which it does but the providers don't usually get there until after 8:30 am. I had an appointment at 8 am but wasn't called into an exam room until about 8:50 am

I had an 11:30 appointment but when I got there I was told the internet was down so they couldn't access their files. Was told to come back around 2pm. So I go back and then I'm told I have to wait for 15 minutes because the provider is on a break. Is this the same time everyday? And if it is then patients should be told that they take a break from 2-2:30? Or does this change depending on the day?
So I end up waiting over 30 minutes to be seen and the young lady who first greeted me never follows up with anything. Another young lady did come and take over(guess the other one went to lunch) and she did tell me someone would be with me shortly
The young lady who took my vitals was very kind, soft spoken and seemed to care about how I was feeling. Finally the provider came in and addressed my concerns and how I was feeling. He was kind as well.

My experience with NAO Medical was great considering it was my first time there for testing. I liked that the wait time wasn’t long. The office was not crowded and everyone was called based on the order in which they arrived. I would highly recommend NAO Medical. I’m considering using them for all my future medical needs. ?? They seem to be very caring and thorough. They also accept Medicare Insurance Parts A&B.

I will never come here again , they changed my appointment time and didn’t inform me and then they put me for a time where there was no one in the office. Everyone went on break and the receptionist has no customer service manners these people there are after their paycheck they don’t care about helping you ?
