Scheduled an appointment on the website. Received three texts and confirmed I would be keeping the appointment. Received two emails with links to confirm appointment. Arrived on the date & time of the appointment. Receptionist reconfirmed my visit and then told me that there was no doctor available for my appointment. I mentioned I took off from work and acknowledged all of the texts and emails and how is it possible that nobody knew I was coming? Response I got back was I should’ve called to confirm there was a doctor here. This makes absolutely no sense I was told I’d have to return for a visit on another day. I rested. I took a day off from work and spent my own time and gas to get there only to find out. It was a waste of time. I had no choice but to book another day in time. Very disappointed. What is the point of using tech if you’re gonna put it back on the patient to tell him to call and confirm everything that they already confirmed?

This provider did not give a clear expectation of their wait time and understaffed situation when I arrived. I showed up and checked in 15 minutes early for my appointment. It took 90 minutes to see me. When I expressed my frustration to the admin/supervisor on site, she offered me a tote bag with a notebook in it. I politely declined and requested a refund of my copayment, which she did not reply to. When I expressed my frustration to the front desk staff in the wait time and their lack of communication, they stared at me blankly and did not say a word. The doctor was great when I finally saw her.
