About Dr. Narbeh Tovmassian
Raised in Los Angeles, Dr. Tovmassian has had a strong admiration and interest in the medical field from a young age. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Physiological Sciences at UCLA, Dr. Tovmassian received his Doctorate of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Tovmassian completed a three year residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, in Las Vegas. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a distinguished Fellow of the American College of Physicians. His professional interests and focus include Preventive Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. His expertise includes the diagnosis, treatment, and continued care of healthy adults and people with complex illnesses. Using a patient centered approach, Dr. Tovmassian strives to deliver the highest-quality care to his patients while implementing the most recent advancements in the field of medicine.
Dr. Tovmassian is currently the Chair of Medicine at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, and is a Clinical Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Keck USC School of Medicine.

Dr. Tovmassian was phenomenal. He was patient with me while I explained what was bothering me and took his time to explain to me how to rectify my health issues. Other doctors are in and out and try and move from one patient to the next as fast possible; however, Dr Tovmassian did just the opposite. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended.

Dr. Tovmassian came off as an inexperienced new Provider. Reason why I took a chance on Dr. Tovmassian was due the other doctor being booked up.
I had my new patient appointment which felt rushed. The first comment out the mouth of the front receptionist “be fast with your appointment because the Dr. has to go to the Hospital.” That was my first sign of an inefficient Doctors office,

They never sent me my lab result! I called them twice regarding my results, and they informed me that would let my doctor knows. But unfortunately never received any updates after a month! And I eventually checked my physical exam result through the laboratory website. Since I received a letter (with website information) of my charge which was wrong. That I called and cleared it out!

I’ve decided to make him my PCP since he’s such a great listener and empathetic. Dr. Tovmassian took the time to listen to everything I had to say and made sure to address each issue. This was one of my best medical experiences ever! The whole process was just flawless , easy and professional . starting with the reception and check-in - they were super nice friendly and very helpful. the nurses were all so sweet and nice, and very very helpful.
Dr.Narbeh Tovmassian was amazing, in just few minutes i felt like i'm speaking to a family member , he was so patience and caring and very very professional, in a lot of cases you can feel your Dr. doesn't pay enough attention to what you say or is loosing interest , but Dr. Tovmassian listened and advised the whole time like a concerned family member, truly and honestly and caring about my issues.
My RN Ms. Tovmassian was awesome too, very caring, helpful and nice.
