I don’t like to make my appts through the call center. Sometimes you need to speak to the receptionist or your Dr. in the office that day. I think it’s unacceptable patients to be in contact with their Dr. It’s a problem in all Chicago hospitals that have adopted to this form of communication. Get rid of it!

Dr Narcisa Surucci is not only a great professional physician, she is a great warm- hearted human being as well. I wouldn’t change this doctor for any doctor in the world, not even for the president’s doctor.
I’ve been blessed to have Dr Narcisa Surucci as my primary care physician. Dr Narcisa Surucci has treated me with such compassion and kindness over the years as I was one of her family members, not just a patient.
She is a doctor of high standard morals and ethics

Everything went like a breeze! No wait time, staff were all very courteous, attentive and had big smiles that made one very welcome specially for me as I am a new patient. Doctor Surucci is a very thorough one , took her time to asses me and listened to my concerns. I will definitely recommend her .

Narcisa is an amazing doctor who listens to me and provides thorough and compassionate care. I appreciated that she really took her time in the appointment to answer my questions and I did not feel as rushed as I have been with previous doctors.

Receptionists were very rude and one of them had no idea what she was doing putting my insurance in. There was a very rude doctor running around yelling at people to free up a room for him. Doctor herself was good and accomplished what I came there for. But, overall just a bad experience.
