Would like more of a catered experience and resolution. Feel like was rushed off a bit and the issue I have has not been aided. I just would prefer more of a personal experience that makes me feel like the practitioner wants to help and cure the problem. Three visits and it has not gotten better

Great bedside manner and listened to all of my concerns! I’m very pleased with the appointment and will visit again. I do feel the front office could be better coordinated. They do not accept the online forms which you can prefill from Zocdoc, so I had to fill forms when I arrived at the office anyways. Felt this should have been handled better to avoid wasting time.

I was a little taken aback by my services considering I required an injection in a sensitive area and was not properly prepped. The afflicted area was not sterilized and I had to hold my own body open for injection that was issued without me even being in a stable position to do so.

Waste of time…I do not believe the skin exam was performed thoroughly and I have to now schedule another one with another dermatologist who knows what they’re doing. No dermascope and it wasn’t full body.
