“I was contacted weeks before to go over forms that were being sent to me via email. It was easy to fill them out. Parking was easy at the building itself. Cathy, the receptionist, was very nice and efficient in processing us/insurance card, and as we were early, we waited until our appointed time. Dr. Marasso was prompt, and her office was pleasant and calm. She asked a lot of questions of my daughter, and went over current feeling and medications. She was clear in telling us her thought process, and didn't try to push a new medication on my daughter (which was a problem with a past doctor). My daughter felt comfortable with Dr. Marasso, and said she already felt better about being a patient of hers, rather than her previous doctor. ”

“I saw Narisso Marasso for the first time and we talked and immediately figured out the best for of treatment for me. She was very patient and listened intently. She wrote me a prescription and gave me some other references for support. 5/5 recommend. I was also on the wrong site for my appointment so I called the office, the woman that answered was extremely helpful and patient while I figured out my issue. She stayed on the phone until I connected and made Narissa aware so that she knew I wasn’t missing the appointment. Great experience overall, and I’ve already scheduled my follow-up.”

I loved Narissa! I highly recommend her! Very grateful to find a doctor who took the time to actually listen and help me understand what was going on. Very professional, educated me on medications, and told me "We are going to work together to get you in a better place!" That statement had me in tears...no doctor has seemed to care before.

She was very kind and took into consideration the notes about my appointment that I left for her office, and kept my preferences in mind the whole time. She's a very respectful person and easy to talk to.

She was truly amazing. She made me feel comfortable when the whole world seems to be falling apart around me. I don’t want to feel judged and she definitely made it seem a lot easier.

Narissa was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. She was a great listener and really helped me understand things that I have been struggling to make sense of on my own. She offered me several treatment options and was not adamite that I chose a specific treatment plan. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. It was also very easy to get an in person visit scheduled!
She was polite on time and very empathetic she explained the medications she prescribed me the side effects and potential benefits and drawbacks of them
Verified patientVideo visit
I would not recommend her to anyone. She said he would refill my medicine and it's been days waiting on her just to sign off on it. Even the staff at advent adult office has not been in the least bit of help. Don't not go to her unless you want to be off your medicine for weeks
