What should a new client know about working with you?

We use a strengths-based, client-centered therapeutic platform. Coming from a background in preventive and holistic healing, we integrate these practices to bring the mind, body and spirit into our practice. Do you have a current treatment for depression which seems ineffective and giving you too many undesired side effects? We are a Spravato Treatment Center which can administer Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray, an FDA Approved treatment, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our therapists are equipped to help whether you are a parent, part of a relationship or extended family. Our goal is to help you achieve mental clarity, inner peace, and overall well-being.
