They called me 80 mins before my appointment saying they don't take my insurance and I need a prior authorization. The app confirmed my appt twice prior to the appt and then I get that call?? I asked why they didn't cancel in the app and the guy said they don't use the Zoc Doc app really.

He was awesome! I’ve been to a few psychiatrists in my life and he was by far the most attentive listener. He set up a good plan for me and actually seemed like he wanted to help me!
The offices website is a tad bit confusing but 100% worth it for the care I received.

Lifesaver - Same Day Appointment When I Needed Help
