NEVER go to this office. They have terrible communication and they will charge you for things that are supposed to be free (co-pay when you have insurance) and overcharge you for things (they charge for school physical forms but then will neglect to provide it during the visit so that they can charge you more as a request later). TERRIBLE, avoid like the plague!
