“My previous PCP retired in December and so as a new patient for my annual physical my experience surpassed my expectations.
The office staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The check in process was streamlined, easy and organized.
The nurse was very pleasant, helpful and kept things moving along.
Dr. Polyakova was very professional and highly competent plus very easy to communicate with.
I did not feel rushed nor did I feel neglected . She also is very attentive to details such as labs etc.
My only negative impression was about the waiting area where the television was very loud, playing game shows which felt more like a waiting room at a clinic than a Drs office, though it was tempered as I only waited about ten minutes and not relevant to my healthcare. ”

Overall this Doctor is very polite and a great listener, however i do feel like there is great limitations in the services she provide. All my concerns were pretty much a referral or a recommendation to another Doctor in a different specialty.Ive seen many internist before and never had this issue. If you are just going for a physical then you would be okay , her accent is a bit on the stronger side sometimes , however she is very warm and attentive .

i recently moved to the area and wanted a new/local provider. the office was easy to get to, clean, well staffed by amiable people who were good at their jobs. Dr Polyakova did a standard exam, informed me about vaccine options for various ailments, and helped book appointments for other tests, with facilities on site. Very pleased so far
