Natalie Alaniz, RN

Natalie Alaniz, RN

Family Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
CA
I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who focuses on helping teens and adults feel more like themselves again. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, and everyday life stress that can start to feel overwhelming. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and before becoming a provider, I worked as a nurse in psychiatry and briefly in the emergency room, and I've also worked with youth in the juvenile justice system. Those experiences shaped how I approach care. I understand how complex life can be, and how important it is to feel heard and supported. My style is collaborative, down to earth, and compassionate. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. When appropriate, I combine medication management with supportive therapy and practical strategies you can actually use in your daily life. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being open, while also helping you make meaningful, realistic progress toward feeling more stable, focused, and in control.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
