She asked me to fill out paperwork before the appointment and send it in; which is FINE but then spent the majority of the 40 minute appointment asking me questions that were on the paperwork. Why ask your patients to fill out paperwork if you're just going to ask them the same questions during the appointment? She asked me the same question 3 separate times and then had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy when I have her the "actual answer" just like she had asked me to. She probably also asked me 4 or 5 times if I was sure my insurance was active. Then she said she wouldn't be able to provide the specific treatment that I had asked for that I had put in the notes when booking the appointment. Also, honestly, she had a bit of an attitude.
