UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what’s next, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in thoughtful, personalized medication management, while also drawing on my experience providing therapy. I believe medication can be a powerful tool, but it works best when you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care. Our work together is collaborative—I value transparency, respect, and meeting you exactly where you are. You deserve care that looks at the whole picture, not just a diagnosis. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and practicality.
