The staff at this practice are, rude unreliable, and very poor communicators. Be prepared to do a lot of leg work to help Provider Quick's staff do their jobs, otherwise they will not properly utilize your insurance. When I brought the issue to Provider Quick's attention all professionalism and friendliness was lost and I was instead shouted at and insulted. Very heartbreaking.

I sought help for my mental health with Ms. Natalie, and from the first appointment she took time to understand my well-being and state of mind. She created a plan that fit my needs and has guided me through every step, offering steady support and the right medication. She has always taken the time to explain everything clearly, and I’ve never felt rushed or brushed off - only cared for and understood throughout this process. I deeply appreciate the level of attention she provides, and I cannot recommend Natalie enough.

I was in a real tough spot in life, not feeling positive about anything. I was quite unwilling to seek help because I have been down that road and I already know it takes forever for anything to happen, and then once you do find potential help you have to worry about insurance and costs. If you are struggling with your mental health, just feeling down and like nothing good can happen, I strongly suggest you see Natalie Quick. I know how poor I felt, and how quickly she helped get me turned around. She is the real deal, she cares, and she will do her best to help you. Most impressive was how fast I was seen, and how quickly thereafter medicated. Literally like 48 hours, and visionary is always available with someone o address whatever needs arrive. A truly positive experience for me, and I hope for you too.

Dr. Quick has mastered the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. I find it very hard to open up to mental healthcare professionals, due to many previous bad experiences, but in just a few visits she's gained my trust. I'm sure I still have a long road ahead of me, but Dr. Quick is so kind and helpful, and listens to what her patients want, it's hard NOT to like her! She has never belittled my thoughts, feelings, experiences, or conclusions. I will be visiting her again in the future.

I've felt understood and respected by Dr. Quick. She considered my full history and symptoms and helped me try a new medication that worked for me. It's made a huge difference in my day-to-day functioning. She's thoughtful and evidence based, I'd recommend her, especially to anyone with a situation that's more complex.

I was having debilitating panic attacks and other issues that were impacting me almost every day for months. After being unable to sleep properly for weeks, I finally went to urgent care, where I was recommended to find a psychiatrist on Zocdoc. From there, it didn't take long for me to get in touch with Natalie and her team as I feared it would. As someone with extreme social anxiety, regular doctor's visits aren't always an option for me, so the fact that Natalie offers telehealth appointments has been a life-saving service in getting the treatment and care I need. She was extremely sympathetic and listened to my problems, and she was swift to get me the care I needed to start feeling like a normal person again. She's friendly, efficient, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

She is very thorough with her testing and diagnosis, and such a caring and bubbly person! I cannot say enough great things about my experience over the past few months with my provider Natalie Quick. She is amazing. She listens well and has and has a plethora of great knowledge of the human psyche as well as medications and how they are metabolized and affect the receptors in our brain and bodies.
She has given me new hope of functioning properly in my day to day life where much was lost. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with depression, adhd, ptsd, anxiety, life trauma or any other multitude of issues that a person can have, as I do.

She is dedicated to finding what works in order for me to have a better quality of life. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment and I am always seen swiftly. I would highly recommend Dr. Natalie Quick and the Visionary Psychiatric Team and Practice as everyone has been extremely helpful, kind, patient and responsive. When I first was in contact with their practice I was stressed out with high levels of anxiety, depression and distress which was later proven to me via tests. I imagine others, since they are going to see a psychiatrist, might be experiencing some of the same symptoms in which case interacting with helpful, kind, patient and responsive people tremendously help one to heal and get better. Dr. Natalie Quick also is very receptive to my feedback on how a medicine is affecting me and helps me understand the science behind it and helps me adjust the medication accordingly. She has been such a massive factor in my healing and mental health growth during a time of deep need. I would highly recommend her and her team.
