It’s not a rating of a healthcare provider, but the overall experience and the process. The administrator was very nice, friendly and professional.
I have chosen a provider under my insurance coverage. Booked available Saturday appointment.
Arrived (after driving around the office looking for parking for 35 mins) , filled up forms. Was informed to wait 15 mins until they hear back from insurance and at the end was told, that I will have to pay out of pocket or reschedule to Monday, bc they couldn’t verify insurance.
Again — the administrator was very nice, friendly and professional. But the overall experience is very frustrating.

Booked online through Zocdoc for 9am Saturday, took a $30 Uber ride to get there only to find the office is closed and it would be a virtual appointment. Even though every email regarding my appointment had phrases like “to save time in the office” “when you check in please arrive 15minutes early” no where in my emails or scheduling did it say “virtual” or have any hint that it would not be in person
