What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients can expect a supportive and compassionate approach. I provide psychiatric care that is personalized and evidence-based, and I listen closely to what you are experiencing. My goal is to understand the whole person: physical health, emotional health, stress, relationships, and daily life. There can be many causes for the psychiatric/mental health events we experience. This is why it is essential to have a knowledgeable provider, like Natalie, to see the whole picture. Sometimes, fundamental deficiencies or hormones can be to blame. Natalie offers Bioidentical Hormone Replacement therapy, which can be helpful in many mental health conditions. This is just one of the many services offered by Natalie at ThriveWell Medical Center. You will never feel rushed. Appointments are thorough, and you will always have time to ask questions and share concerns. I believe in clear communication and treatment decisions that are made together. My practice welcomes individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar spectrum, trauma, grief, cancer-related distress, or chronic stress. I also specialize in medication management, coping strategies, and mental health needs during oncology treatment. I understand that asking for help is a big step. I meet every patient with respect, privacy, and dignity, and I work to build trust from the very first visit.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first visit is a detailed assessment where we talk about symptoms, medical history, medications, and personal goals. We look at what has worked in the past and what has not. I use this information to develop a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and comfort level. Treatment may include medication management, psychotherapy, labs when appropriate, and coordination with your medical team if needed. Our provider is also board-certified in family medicine, and your medical needs can be addressed. We follow up regularly to track progress, adjust medication when needed, and support overall well-being. Patients receive education, practical tools, and guidance so they understand their diagnosis and treatment. I encourage communication between visits when questions come up, because care should never feel confusing or stressful. The focus is simple: feeling better, functioning better, and creating a healthier life.
