As I was on my way to the appointment I called because I was stuck in traffic. Only to be told that the provider was not in the field of endocrinology as she is listed. I was told she could give me a referral. For what?! I can get another provider. I was so angry. Wasted my time. The girl in the office said that it’s an error on zoc doc ??

The appointment went very well. The staff was courteous, professional, and welcoming. They conducted a thorough evaluation, including vitals, an EKG, blood work, and a urine test. Overall, it was a positive first experience, and I was impressed with the level of care provided.

Great doctor! First visit and it went well! The nurse that took my bloods my bloodwork better than anyone ever has in the past who struggled to find my vein. it was quick and painless and I was seen by staff immediately!

I am not sure if it was Dr and nurse Natalia I met earlier today, but I met a lady nurse and Dr. Goblin who attended to me. The nurses and one doctor where all good to me, and I have no complains against them and emphasized with my pain by helping using my walking stick. They took care of me as the professionals they are. I give them 11 thumbs up if that was possible, but am very happy with them.????????????

Such an amazing experience for my husband and me. From the front desk welcoming and leaving, we enjoyed how friendly the staff were. How doctor Natalia and the nurses were very intentional and thorough every step of the way. Made us feel very comfortable and provided every information we needed. The office staff was friendly and explained everything to me when I had questions about the online forms I was filling out, (for some reason the forms I filled out ahead of time did not submit). The doctor saw us as soon as I was done filling out the paperwork. She listened to my concerns and did bloodwork at the appt right there in the office. Also sent us for additional testing. I would highly recommend this provider because she was attentive, efficient and it was an overall great experience.

The provider I made an appointment with was not who I was seen by, or was even there. The nurses and receptionists were nice however the Doctor was unprofessional and had a very “what do you want me to do” attitude, with little to no compassion or urge to evaluate the situation for any solutions. It was almost as if I had to sell my story and give direction. And his solution was random pills with some association to the issues I was there for without assessing the problem from a “doctor” standpoint. I will not be filling the scripts and I will not be returning, a very sorry excuse for a psychiatrists office named “a friendly face”.
