About Dr. Natan Krohn
Dr. Natan N. Krohn is a gastroenterologist at Gastroenterology Associates of New Jersey (GANJ). He is double board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Gastroenterology.
Prior to his position at GANJ, Dr. Krohn conducted research for Marion Bessin Liver Research Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY on various topics relevant to the medical community.
He completed a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY and a residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, NY. Dr. Krohn also received his medical degree with special distinction for research in hepatology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in history with summa cum laude honors from Yeshiva University in New York, NY.
In addition to his extensive research during his medical training, Dr. Krohn has three publications and has received academic awards including the Samuel Belkin Scholarship and the Ira Marienhoff Scholarship.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I was greeted by the staff and filled out one sheet for information regarding my appointment. I was seen by Dr Krohn five minutes before my appointment. He was friendly, informative and well mannered. He explained everything and addressed any concerns or issues I may have had. Check out was a breeze and the office will call for next scheduled appointment. Highly recommended. Off street, fenced parking is a gift with the large lot attached to the side of the building.

This was my third consultation with a gastroenterologist over the past two years, though my first visit with Dr. Krohn. In the short time I spent with him, I felt I received more answers than ever before. He was attentive, highly knowledgeable, and direct in his approach. Unlike previous physicians, he did not simply offer temporary solutions but instead focused on identifying the root cause of my issues. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend him.

The doctor listened carefully, took everything seriously, and explained everything clearly and in ways that were accessible and easy to understand. For the internal exam he had a female staff member present with me and explained every thing before he did anything. I felt very safe and taken care of and that he was aware and respectful of how vulnerable we are in these situations. I’ll be returning for a colonoscopy in a few weeks because he takes my concerns seriously.
