“Had a great experience with all the staff here. Quick, friendly and they listened to all my concerns and gave good feedback and solutions. The only thing is that Zocdoc has the Crompond office listed, but when I got the appointment confirmations via phone and text it was for the Route 9D office, which I happen to be familiar with because I have another doctor in the building. I confirmed with the receptionist that Zocdoc sometimes gets the wrong address since the practice has multiple locations, and said that I can make sure I have the right location in the future by calling and booking with the office instead. So I will not be using Zocdoc to book this particular office in the future due to the discrepancies re: location, but am otherwise happy with my experience.”

Natasha Steinhardt, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley, affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital.
