This was my very first time visiting a Dermatologist and I feel like it was not as intimidating as I assumed it would be. The environment was very relaxing, and staff very friendly. I felt comfortable asking all of the questions I had regarding my skin and ways to improve it. I look forward to going back and seeing how my skin improves overtime.

Dr. Witzl assessed my concerns and provided recommendations but didn’t really explain the “why” or ask me about my thoughts or preferences. I felt like she was trying to push prescriptions without asking what I was okay with and didn’t listen to my thoughts. The whole appointment was very rushed and impersonal.

I book appointment thru zodoc. When i arrived for appointment, as i try to check in, front desk say, they don't take medcare insurance. The zodoc website made false advertisment on the insurance, it made me a worthless trip to there.

I went in for a routine check up of a few suspicious spots and got a full annual skin exam. I felt like the communication was clear and thorough and I felt at ease!

I noticed spots in my legs and because I thought they might be pre-cancerous, I immediately started searching for a Dermatologist via ZocDoc. On a Friday afternoon, I was able to get an appointment on the following Monday with Natasha. The office was very clean, the front desk was very nice and the wait time was minimal. Natasha Witzl, PA was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough! Her bedside manner was professional and caring- she’s a great listener! She took care of business and I made a follow up appointment. I like her and I highly recommend her!

Natasha was absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns, and was able to remove a spot multiple other doctors refused to touch. I was so pleased I set up my annual skin check with her and we removed a few more spots that were of concern to me. She was so great I actually converted my husband over to seeing her as well. I was rescheduled unexpectedly twice before for my original appointment so that was inconvenient. Overall, the office staff was efficient and nice. I got what I needed. However, if you are having to pay out of pocket, it is on the more expensive side. There was some discrepancies about insurance. Zoc Doc as well as front office staff confirmed that this place was in network with my PPO insurance. However, my insurance is saying that they are not in network and now I have to pay out of pocket for everything. So I am very confused. Not sure where the problem lies.

The PA who saw me was not who was described on ZocDoc. I specifically wanted to see a female PA and I was only able to see a male.
Further, my symptoms, medical history & overall concerns were not addressed by the attending PA. I was cut off several times while explaining my history and symptoms leading up to the visit. I have to speak over the attending PA 3 separate times until he actually heard me, and then changed course on his recommendations.

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The consultation went well too. I just don’t get the wait time to meet the Nurse Practitioner, I waited a good 30 minutes before entering the room and another 5-7 minutes. Other than that they’re very friendly and helpful.

Natasha is probably the best health care provider I have ever seen. I came to see her for what I thought was an ingrown hair only to discover that I likely have a chronic, undiagnosed skin condition.
