For nine years I've cared for adults from every background, through depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and the hard seasons that don't fit neatly into a diagnosis. What I've learned is simple: people get better faster when they feel genuinely heard.
I'm trained in both medication and non-medication treatment, so your care never starts and ends with a prescription. We look at the whole picture (your history, your sleep, your stress, your life) and build a plan you can actually live with.
