The Doctor was excellent and the exam thorough. However, the waiting time was much too long. I was not warned about this. Very important: There were insufficient precautions taken to address the epidemic situation: too many people in the waiting room, few instructions about hygiene and procedures, forms to fill out in person that could have been done earlier electronically. No one was concerned to supervise distancing. I had to ask for a receptionist to tell a patient to put a mask OVER his nose. The corridors were crowded with workers. Very poor conditions compared to other health facilities that I have used recently.
