Getting to know Nathan Rosenberger

DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, I CANNOT prescribe controlled medications/substances in Texas. However, I CAN still see patients there, offer alternative treatment plans, and prescribe NON-CONTROLLED medications. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Northern Kentucky University, I have the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. My nursing career and clinical practice experience in community mental health have exposed me to a wide range of diagnoses, enabling me to apply my expertise in delivering compassionate, individualized care that focuses on medication management. This diverse background enhances my relatability and effectiveness as a provider. Additionally, it has honed my ability to build a therapeutic alliance with my clients, connect them to necessary resources, and develop treatment plans that fit their specific needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, I CANNOT prescribe CONTROLLED medications/substances in Massachusetts. However, I CAN still see patients there and send NON-CONTROLLED medications. I am here to listen, support, and guide you throughout this process. Together, we will approach your treatment as a team, identifying what is most important while working together to create a plan tailored to your needs. While my practice is rooted in evidence-based methods related to medication management, I remain open to new ideas and continuous learning to help you thrive. Recognizing that mental health is multifaceted, I take a holistic approach that not only involves medications but considers your physical, spiritual, and social well-being. My aim is to develop a plan that is uniquely suited to you, encompassing all these aspects. This journey is collaborative, and I am committed to helping you move forward and thrive.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

To foster a strong working relationship, trust and rapport are essential. Our initial visit will primarily focus on building that trust and getting to know each other. Once we establish our relationship and clarify goals, we will collaboratively create a medication management plan and get you connected to therapists or other resources that you need. I am fully committed to giving you my best effort throughout this process. As we progress and things are going well, we’ll check in periodically to address any needs that may arise. Being a part of my patients' journeys is incredibly rewarding, and I consider it an honor to contribute to your health and well-being and to play a role in your story.
