What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide professional mental health services regardless where you may be in your journey. Whether you are seeking treatment for the first time or unsatisfied with your current course of treatment, I am here to help guide you on your road to becoming the best version of yourself through your mental wellness. I utilize a personal and integrative approach to customize a treatment plan for a well-balanced mental and physical life. My philosophy is to address the root cause of mental health conditions, rather than treating surface symptoms only. I believe in thoughtful use of psychiatric medications along with holistic and therapeutic approaches to promote healing. I believe to achieve a true state of peace and happiness to the mind, body and spirit. To ensure my patients have access to mental health services that best fit their needs, I offer tele-health and in person care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

SERVICES PROVIDED: PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATIONS: During the initial appointment a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation will be performed. This includes any medical and psychiatric history, along with any current and past psychiatric symptoms. We will discuss diagnosis', medications and treatment options, then create a customized treatment plan together that best addresses your current concerns. MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: It is essential that any psychiatric medications that you are prescribed are managed effectively. We will monitor your symptoms and your response to medications. This helps maximize your mental health treatment effectiveness and minimize potential side effects, as well as account for changes over time. TELEPSYCHIATRY: The demands of life do not stop for your appointments. We recognize how difficult it can be to make time for an in person appointment, so we offer Telehealth appointments as an option. We only see patients through HIPPA compliant video conferencing software. Telehealth appointments offer convenience to patients who can see their provider from the comfort of their home or on the go from a mobile device.
